2. Using Our Services

You must comply with all policies made available to you within the app. This includes adhering to usage guidelines, account responsibilities, and payment obligations. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app if you violate these terms.

• Do not misuse our services or interfere with the app’s functionality.
• We may suspend or stop providing our services to you if you breach any of the terms.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including your login credentials.

3. Subscription and Payments

Notescast offers a subscription model, providing users with monthly credits, which are non-transferable between months. You can also purchase single credit packages.

• Subscription payments will be billed at the end of each billing cycle.
• Credits from the monthly subscription do not carry over to the next month.
• To avoid being charged for the next cycle, you must cancel your subscription before the end of the current cycle through the App Store or Google Play.
• If you have purchased single credits, these are billed once and do not recur.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights in the content you upload or create through Notescast. We do not claim ownership of your content, but by using the app, you grant us a license to process and display it as necessary for the app’s functionality.

5. Liability for Our Services

To the extent permitted by law, Notescast shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.

6. Consent to Use of Data

By using Notescast, you consent to the collection and use of technical data and related information for software updates, product support, and other services related to the app. This data is collected in a way that does not personally identify you.

7. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle via the App Store or Google Play. If you do not cancel, your subscription will automatically renew, and you will be charged for the next billing cycle.

• To cancel your subscription, you must follow the cancellation process through your App Store or Google Play account.
• We do not offer refunds for any unused credits or partial subscription periods.
• If you violate these Terms, we may terminate or suspend your access to the app, without notice or liability.

8. External Services

The app may provide access to third-party services (e.g., external content, tools). You use these services at your own risk. Notescast is not responsible for the content or accuracy of third-party services and makes no warranties regarding their availability.

9. No Warranty

Notescast is provided "as-is," without any warranties. We make no promises regarding the app’s functionality, accuracy, or availability, and we do not guarantee that the app will meet your expectations. You assume all risks associated with using the app.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Notescast be liable for any damages beyond the amount you paid for the app. This includes any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
